We have a channel #TMG on EFNET network.

The easiest way to join the channel is to install mIRC and then follow this link: irc://irc.efnet.org/TMG

If you don't want to install mIRC and just want to try out what the IRC is, then you can use the Web client. It's a PJIRC Java applet, and obviously you need to have Java runtime installed. The web client's access is restricted to only #TMG channel and you can use only /nick and /msg commands.
