Downloads section back online! I've fixed the bug and downloads are back online. It looked like someone figured out the bug and tried to download multiple big files so that the web server crashes. Or it was just someone using somekind of crappy download accelerator. Anyway, the IP I saw on the log files was 172.179.35.209.
