File downloads
Some idiot tried to download a file and probably used some kind of "download accelerator", the result: a few thousand 403 messages sent to the client.
Now that IP address is permanently blocked from the server. Poor bastard.
DO NOT USE ANY EXTERNAL DOWNLOAD TOOLS WHEN TRYING TO GET FILES FROM THIS SITE!
IF YOU USE, YOU'LL RISK A PERMANENT BAN FROM THE WEB SITE!
